These short pieces were written during the first lockdown (March/April 2020) brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. They were written for a teaching colleague, Fiona Wilson, and her family of musical children to play while stuck at home for several weeks. The three pieces are slight and fun, covering three familiar genres: ragtime, blues and the hoedown.
